The Architecture of Awakening traces a path from the terrestrial — ceremonial elephants, ancient rivers — up through a crystalline field of meditation, into a volcanic eruption of pure consciousness. It's built from a syncretism that shouldn't hold together and somehow does: the geometric precision of Tibetan mandala work, the glowing anatomy of visionary painting, the sprawl of an infinite fractal city.
